Poor customer service

Purchased bag whilst on holiday in Milan in June. Paid £1800. It was an anniversary present so I’ve only just started using it. 5 times in total whilst on our Uk holiday. The strap snapped on 5th day so took it in to Sloane street. They would not exchange the bag insisting the strap would be sent off for repair and would take 2 weeks. I cannot believe this is acceptable customer service. I’m left with a bag that I now have to carry by the handle , subjecting it to damage by greasy hands as I have no other bag to use on holiday. I would have expected better customer service. I cannot believe I have spent this much to have a bag break in so little a time

Never got my bag no refund no bad no nothing

I ordered 2 clutches for my daughter's birthday got 1 that did not fit the size description on the website the other never arrived they send me a fist box with no clutch in it $695 gone plus tax I called told them I received the box's with one bag and a phone case in one they said fedex tampered with the box they said this happens all the time so why not refund my money. Im contact the bbb this is not right send me a bag that I paid for or a replacement

Damaged Brand New Puffer Bag

Bought a puffer bag, super excited to use it. Store associate told me he’ll pack a brand new one so I didn’t bother to check the condition of the bag, but upon taking it out of the dust bag when I was home I noticed a bunch of scratches, one of them specifically has leather peeling off. Went into the boutique the very next day, sales associate told me there was none in stock on the entirety of the east coast, MAYBE can get one shipped in from California. It’s coming to almost 3 weeks now and has received no updates.

Horrendous customer service form your…

Horrendous customer service form your Bond Street store. If you’re going to buy from YSL then get it online because the stores will only exchange or give you store credit should you wish to return. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of bag hence trying to return only to be told that I will have to accept store credit (which is accepted in only 2 London stores). I’ve now got £2000 in credit for a brand that I wouldn’t ever touch again. I’d go elsewhere if you actually want something that is of high quality and to be treated with respect as a customer! Never again

I have had the most awful customer…

I have had the most awful customer service from your team at client service GB. I have been trying to return a parcel for over a week now and nobody calls me back, nobody collects my parcel and nobody wants to help at all. I have chased and contacted the team multiple times daily and they just are not interested in helping. The staff are so rude and almost had me in tears this morning because I was just being fobbed off yet again. A man from a DHL office came and helped me in the end but I am so disgusted such a high end brand offer such an awful service. I expect next my refund request will be rejected due to length of time to return, which is not my fault at all.

Trash Quality

was excited to get my first ysl bag, I’ve been going back and forth about buying the loulou bag and thank God I didn’t. I purchased a clutch instead last week in dark beige and used it for one night and got color transfer on it. The quality of the clutch is trash and they refuse to help me. They make you think they are all about customer satisfaction and they are not. Just about their money. I even bought a black one that I haven’t use yet a week before the dark beige and I’m returning due to this bad experience. Never again will I buy another ysl bag.

Fraudulent Delivery

I purchased a purse/clutch online and was provided with a order confirmation as well as a reminder that my item would require a signature. The item was to be delivered the week of June 14, 2022. When the item did not arrive by the end of the week I emailed customer service. I was met with a reply questioning if I could prove the item was not delivered, requesting video, and asking me why I waited til the end of the week to report the concern. It felt rude and unprofessional. I responded immediately explaining the item was not delivered to myself or neighbors, and no signature from my household could possibly be on file. I received an email back stating “ Thank you for your response.
As you have confirmed your parcel has not been located, I have gone ahead and opened a full investigation for you today. The investigation will take 7-14 business days to conclude. After the results are provided to us by FedEx, I will contact you accordingly with the next steps.” It took well over 14 business days, and once I informed them I wanted a refund there was a week of no reply. So now they are not honoring their own timeline. I sent a second email demanding a refund and informing them if there was no reply I would be reporting their company. I received a very vague email in response saying Fed Ex has GPS showing they were at my home delivering the package. Mind you I have several Fed Ex deliveries almost weekly! How do they know it’s my package with the purse? I even ordered shoes separately from Saint Laurent that were delivered on 6/15/22 and signed for and delivered by FedEx. They cannot prove my package wasn’t stolen before it left their warehouse which is not on me. I would like a refund immediately. I order sunglasses the same week and signed for and received them. There’s no way I’m not owed a refund because they know they no confirmed delivery.

Bad experience selfridges YSL

Visited selfridges ysl makeup counter for a foundation match and was told to come back in 30 minutes. Just find it bizarre how you can only have one staff member on. Didn’t end up going back as i didn’t have 30 minutes to waste.

Second time I have been scammed by YSL…

Second time I have been scammed by YSL marketing about a free gift and yet no free gift gets delivered - they never have stock of their products, they have limited their range of products - extremely sad after being a loyal customer for many years - sour taste in my mouth feeling! 😡
